Serge de Oliveira is a French perfumer who has worked for a few of the world's most prestigious fragrance houses. His creations include fragrances for Dior and Yves Saint Laurent. He has also created scents for celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Celine Dion.

Serge de Oliveira was born in Grasse, France, the world's perfume capital. His father was a perfumer, and Serge followed in his footsteps, studying at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery. After graduation, he began his career working for several major fragrance houses.

In 2000, Serge de Oliveira launched his fragrance line called Parfums de Serge. His first fragrance, called Fleur de Sel, was inspired by the scent of salt flowers. Since then, he has created several other unique and beautiful fragrances.
