About these terms

RichandLuxe is operated by Rich and Luxe LLC. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from us, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Purchase Options & Cancellations. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify provides the commerce platform used by our store.

Using our website

You must have legal capacity to place an order, or act with appropriate authorization. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, misuse another person's information, introduce malicious code or infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict access or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, abuse or legal restrictions, subject to applicable law.

Accounts & communications

Keep your account access secure and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We use the contact details you provide to communicate about orders and service matters. Marketing choices are handled separately, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Products & presentation

We offer authentic fragrances in original full bottles and selected signature formats. The option you choose determines the product, concentration, volume, format and price. Signature formats are individually prepared by RichandLuxe from authentic fragrance and are not original manufacturer-packaged full bottles. Product photographs may show the original bottle for identification; consult the selected format and description before ordering.

Fragrance, care & sensitivities

Fragrance impressions are personal and may vary. Notes and editorial descriptions describe an olfactory impression; they are not ingredient lists or guarantees of longevity, projection or individual suitability.

Fragrance ingredients may cause irritation or an allergic reaction in some individuals. Follow the manufacturer's directions and review ingredient information before use. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the product. Contact Client Care if you need help obtaining ingredient information.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation, sensitivity or any other adverse reaction occurs, and contact a healthcare professional. Seek urgent medical attention for a severe reaction. Please also notify Client Care so we can review the product concern.

RichandLuxe does not guarantee that any fragrance will be suitable for every individual or free from the risk of an allergic reaction. Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective or unsafe products. Keep fragrance away from heat, flames and children.

Volumes & packaging

The stated volume is the fragrance quantity purchased. Space at the top of an atomizer does not by itself indicate a short fill. If you believe an item is underfilled, leaking or incorrectly described, contact us so we can review and resolve the issue. Packaging and manufacturer presentation may change; material differences affecting your order will be addressed with you.

Pricing, payment & availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes are presented at checkout. Availability may change. We may correct a genuine pricing, description or availability error; if this affects an existing order, we will contact you with the correction and available options, including cancellation and an appropriate refund. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Orders, shipping & cancellation

Review your order before submitting it. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund unfulfilled items as required by law. We ship within three business days; carrier transit time is additional. See our Shipping Policy for delay notices, delivery concerns and address changes.

Ordinary cancellation requests should be made before preparation begins, without limiting legal cancellation rights. Customer-requested change-of-mind cancellations after payment capture may be subject to the actual retained processing fee, capped at 3% of the canceled amount, as described in our Purchase Options & Cancellations policy. This excludes cancellations caused by our delay, error or inability to fulfill, and any situation requiring a full refund by law.

Returns & refunds

Eligible unused, unopened full bottles may be requested for return within 7 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and reason, subject to prior authorization and our Returns & Refunds policy.

Freshly prepared decants are final sale, opened or unopened, for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Opened, sprayed, used or altered items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to the actual outbound and return shipping costs described in that policy, where disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. These limits do not exclude remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods, or mandatory consumer rights. Earlier purchases remain governed by the policy provided when they were placed.

Intellectual property & brand references

Website content owned by RichandLuxe may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party brand names, trademarks and product imagery belong to their respective owners and identify the products offered. Their appearance does not by itself imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement of RichandLuxe or its signature formats.

Reviews & submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. When you submit a review for publication, you grant us permission to display and reproduce it in connection with our store and products. We may moderate spam, unlawful material and content that discloses personal information. We do not require you to waive your right to publish an honest review.

Third-party services

Payment, hosting and other services may be provided by third parties under their own applicable terms. Links to third-party websites do not make us responsible for their independent content or practices. This does not remove our responsibilities for your purchase from RichandLuxe.

Liability & consumer rights

We take reasonable care in operating the store, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any responsibility, warranty or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limitation applies only to the extent lawful.

Questions & disputes

Please contact contact@richandluxe.com so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These terms are governed by California law, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence require otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The appropriate forum for a dispute is determined by applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class or representative proceedings, or restrict access to remedies that the law provides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and purchases, with an updated effective date and additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to an earlier order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
