Purchase Options & Cancellations

A clear understanding before your order is prepared.

Our Formats

RichandLuxe offers original full bottles and individually prepared signature formats in selected sizes, including 3 mL, 4 mL, 6 mL and 12 mL. The product page and your selected option identify the format, volume and price you are purchasing. Signature formats are prepared by RichandLuxe and are not manufacturer-packaged full bottles.

Requesting a Cancellation

Email contact@richandluxe.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Ordinary cancellation requests can be accommodated before preparation for shipment begins. Once an order is prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible; we will confirm the order status and available options.

Cancellation Refunds & Processing Costs

For a customer-requested change-of-mind cancellation after payment has been captured, RichandLuxe may deduct the payment processor’s actual, non-refundable fee attributable to the canceled amount, up to a maximum of 3% of that amount, only where permitted by applicable law and the payment provider’s terms.

Any remaining refundable balance is returned to the original payment method. We will explain the deduction before processing the cancellation. No deduction applies where no processing fee was retained.

This provision applies only to purchases for which it was disclosed before the order was placed. It does not apply to cancellations caused by our inability to fulfill an order, our shipping delay or error, or where a full refund is required by law.

If dispatch is delayed, we will email you with the revised estimate and your cancellation and refund options. Preparation does not override any legal cancellation or refund right.

After Shipment

After shipment, eligible returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Orders from RichandLuxe placed through the Shop app follow these policies, subject to any applicable platform terms. Other marketplaces may have their own policies and procedures.

Recurring Purchases

An ordinary one-time purchase does not enroll you in a subscription. Any recurring purchase arrangement, if offered, must disclose its separate price, billing schedule and cancellation terms before you agree.
