Our Impressions of Not A Girl
Not a Girl introduces blackcurrant through several citrus notes, then moves into violet, cyclamen and jasmine. Cedarwood, vetiver, amber and musk give the base definition. We find the relationship between tart fruit, softer flowers and dry woods more informative than its provocative name when considering where this composition might fit a fragrance wardrobe.
We would explore it for a daytime meeting or an early-evening gathering. Compare the violet and jasmine with the cedarwood and vetiver if you enjoy floral compositions that retain a woody foundation.
