Our Impressions of Nemer
Nemer frames Moroccan and Turkish roses with saffron, black pepper and the bright aromatic character of lemongrass. Ylang-ylang supplies a contrasting floral softness, making the opening more varied than its spice notes might initially suggest.
The extensive woody base gives those roses a substantial setting. Sandalwood, cedarwood and cypriol meet amber, moss and musk, with vanilla rounding their edges. It is an inviting direction for someone who enjoys rose woven through warm woods.
