Blue Cypress has a forest-like point of view: cool resinous wood, herbal lavender and an earthy patchouli undertone. The composition suggests the quiet moment when morning mist still hangs between the trees, with a clean aromatic outline rather than a sweet floral centre.
Clove and star anise bring a dry, gently warming contrast to that cool woodland picture. They give the lavender and cypress a more textured frame, while patchouli connects the brighter herbal elements to the earthier side of the fragrance.
